At Resplendent Support Services LLC, our story begins with a deep commitment to purpose, compassion, and progress. We opened our doors with one mission in mind: to be a trusted presence in the lives of those we serve — creating safe, supportive, and empowering environments both at home and in the community. Every service we offer reflects our core values: compassion, respect, inclusion, and growth.
Our History
Resplendent Support Services was born out of lived experience, determination, and a calling to make a difference. What began as a vision quickly grew into a fully licensed, Virginia-based provider serving adults 18 and older with developmental disabilities.
From navigating licensing requirements to building a strong team, we’ve taken every step with integrity, passion, and prayer. We know what it means to do hard things — and we bring that same tenacity to the people we support.
Today, Resplendent continues to grow, not only in size but in impact. With every person we serve, we deepen our purpose: to help others live fully, freely, and with dignity.
