OUR STORY
Resplendent Support Services LLC was born out of lived experience, determination, and a calling to make a difference. Founded by Dedra Henderson, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and former Direct Support Professional (DSP), Resplendent was created from a deep understanding of what true care really means. Dedra’s hands-on work taught her that support goes beyond daily tasks—it’s about compassion, dignity, and building trust with every individual and family.
With this vision, Resplendent Support Services opened its doors to ensure that adults with developmental disabilities receive high-quality, person-centered in-home support. Our mission is to empower clients to live more independently, feel valued, and build meaningful connections within their homes and communities.
Every step of our journey has been guided by integrity, passion, and purpose. From navigating licensing requirements to building a strong team, we’ve grown with one goal in mind, to be a trusted presence in the lives of those we serve. Today, Resplendent continues to shine as a provider families can depend on—reflecting our core values of compassion, respect, inclusion, and growth.
